Maison Eric Kayser Cambodia
The first store was established in September 1996 on Rue Monge in Paris, which gave its name to the signature “Baguette Monge” and the “Monge Family.”
This first address was followed by many others across Paris. In 2001, Maison Éric Kayser expanded internationally with its first opening in Japan. Today, there are more than 200 stores in 27 countries, all following the same principle of naturally leavened bread, kneaded and freshly baked daily in-store.
Since June 2014, Maison Eric Kayser has been established in Cambodia. The production site and the first bakery shop opened at AEON Mall Phnom Penh, alongside the mall’s opening.
By 2026, Maison Eric Kayser Cambodia has continued to grow and now proudly operates 9 locations across the country.
