The Fair Utility Usage Policy allowance is equal to 20% of the TOTAL FEE. Any excess amount (rarely occurred) will be charged at check-out. The rate of Electricity is $0.25/kwh and Water is $0.25/cbm. Excess amount paid by guests will be donated to Kantha Bopha Children's Hospital every 6 months.
